Agreement

These terms apply to cubancreationscigarfest.com and to every ticket sold for Cuban Creations Cigar Fest (“the Event”), produced by Cuban Creations Cigar Bar, 533 Toulouse Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130 (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a ticket you agree to these terms.

21 and over

The Event serves alcohol and premium cigars. Every guest must be 21 or older and must show a valid government-issued photo ID at the door. No exceptions. A ticket does not guarantee entry to anyone who cannot prove their age.

Tickets

• Tickets are sold online through this site and delivered by email as an e-ticket. Bring the e-ticket on your phone or printed, along with your ID.
• Each ticket admits one person for the tier and dates shown on it. General Admission covers the full weekend. Access Only covers the access described on the ticket page.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless we agree to a transfer in writing. Contact us before the event if you need to change the name on a ticket.
• Tickets bought from anyone other than this site may be refused. Do not resell tickets above face value.
• Capacity is limited. Once a tier sells out, we cannot add more tickets to it.

Refunds and cancellations

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, travel problems, weather, or missed dates. If we cancel the Event and do not reschedule it, we will refund the face value of your ticket to the original payment method. If we reschedule, your ticket will be valid for the new date and no refund will be due. Service fees charged by our payment processor may not be refundable.

Program and schedule

Hosts, guests, cigars, spirits, food, entertainment, times, and venues are subject to change without notice. Karl Malone’s appearance is planned, but no ticket is conditioned on the attendance of any particular person. Changes to the program do not entitle you to a refund.

Conduct and entry

• We may refuse entry or remove any guest, without refund, who is intoxicated, disruptive, aggressive, or breaking the law or venue rules.
• Bag checks may be carried out at entry. Weapons, outside alcohol, and illegal substances are not allowed.
• Please enjoy cigars and spirits responsibly and follow all Louisiana and City of New Orleans laws.
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

Photography and recording

The Event will be photographed and filmed. By attending you agree that your image, likeness, and voice may appear in photos and video used to promote Cuban Creations Cigar Fest and Cuban Creations Cigar Bar, in any media, without payment to you. If you do not want to be photographed, please tell a member of staff on arrival.

Health and risk

The Event involves tobacco smoke, alcohol, crowds, and outdoor space in the French Quarter. You attend at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we, the venue, our sponsors, and our staff are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your attendance, except where caused by our negligence.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim connected to a ticket or the Event is limited to the price you paid for that ticket. We are not liable for indirect losses such as travel, accommodation, or lost earnings.

Website use

• The content, logos, photos, and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
• You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
• We try to keep information on the site accurate, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you buy a ticket apply to that ticket.
